My name is Gavin Deller and I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with degrees in both Accounting and French. I am a fourth generation real-estate professional, with my great-grandfather, grandfather, and mother all having spent many years in the business. I love cycling, tennis, skiing, and spending time in the Sierras with family and friends, which adds to my in-depth knowledge of the Sierra Mountains and Truckee Meadows area!

My name is Karen Melarkey, and I grew up in Washoe Valley, Nevada. My childhood was very influenced by my time as a gymnast. I was a member of the US Gymnastics Team in 1978 and competed around the world. I attended high school at Wooster High School in Reno as well as the College St. Gregoire in Tours, France. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with degrees in both French literature and marketing. With my father and grandfather in the real estate profession, I was encouraged to get my real estate license when I was just a sophomore in college. After graduating from UNR, I began my real estate career, and I’ve enjoyed 39 years as a full-time real estate professional. Having worked with my father for many years, I now work with my son, Gavin Deller, and my nephew, Nickalas Blades. I enjoy cycling, skiing, gardening and spending time with my family.
